I first heard about Lionheads when I saw a post for some for sale on line. They sounded very interesting so I checked them out. Well a few weeks later I had purchased the whole herd from a rabbitry in Ohio. By the end of the year I was the District 7 representative for the National Lionhead Club. I sure learned very quickly about Lionheads. The first thing I fell for was their gentle personality. (Maybe it was these lines or the breed) We have had many varieties including: smoke pearls, siamese sables, REWs, blacks, torts, himmies, sable points, opals, chestnuts and more! If you are looking for a long term challenge (mane, type, color.....) or just a great personality, then Lionheads are the breed for you.
